BOOKING FAQs
Thank you for your patience and support while we finalised our new 2026 pricing. We know changes can raise questions, so we’re committed to being clear, open, and helpful as you decide what’s right for you.
Here are answers to the questions we’ve been asked most often:
General Swimming & PAYG
The PAYG price for swimming is £10 per day during off-peak periods and £12.50 per day during peak periods. All PAYG passes are valid for the full day, allowing you to arrive at any time during opening hours without booking a specific timeslot.
Peak periods include weekends, bank holidays, and school holidays. Off-peak periods apply to weekdays outside of these times.
There are currently no plans to introduce a bulk-buy option, although this may be reviewed in the future.
Memberships
Membership includes unlimited swimming in Swan, Cygnet, and Osprey lakes, access to member-only swims in Dragonfly Lake during busy periods, a 10% discount on selected events and activities, and invitations to member-only activities and events.
Your membership begins on the date of purchase. Updated opening hours of 9am to 7pm, seven days a week, will be in effect from 11 April.
Memberships can be purchased at any time of year, with both monthly and annual options starting from the date of purchase and running on a rolling basis.
Memberships will not be capped. Monthly memberships will operate on a rolling basis, removing the need for manual renewal.
Memberships can be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months. The membership term will be extended by the length of the freeze period.
Annual memberships can be paid either in full upfront or split into three monthly payments of £165.
Membership Offers
The early bird discount is available to existing or previous members and applies to memberships purchased between 1 April and 10 April 2026. The annual membership is reduced from £495 to £445.50, which is approximately equivalent to £37.13 per month over 12 months. The monthly membership offers a reduced first month at £40.50 instead of £45, after which the standard monthly fee of £45 applies. Purchases made after 10 April will be charged at the full rate.
The 10% discount applies to selected events, with full details available on the booking system as events are released.
Activities & Additional Costs
Sauna sessions are priced at £10 for the wooden sauna and £5 for the porta sauna.
Paddleboarding costs £10 for a four-hour session during off-peak periods and £12.50 during peak periods. Paddleboard hire is available at £15 for a four-hour session.
Wild Swans Sessions
Members will continue to receive a 50% discount on Wild Swans sessions throughout April 2026. This has already been added to the booking system at the discounted price of £12.
From May 2026, Wild Swans sessions will move to Dragonfly Lake and will be delivered as a revised guided experience, including swimming, a wood-fired pit, and refreshments.
Thursday and Sunday swan sessions will then become a ladies only sauna time slot.
The previous 50% discount on sessions and sauna use was introduced as a temporary goodwill gesture and is not sustainable long-term. As a result, this discount will no longer apply from May 2026.
Paddleboarding costs £10 for a four-hour session during off-peak periods and £12.50 during peak periods. Paddleboard hire is available at £15 for a four-hour session.
Opening & Operations
From 11 April, the site will be open from 9am to 7pm, seven days a week.
The pricing structure has been designed to support seven-day opening throughout the year. This will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains sustainable, with the intention of maintaining these hours during winter where possible.
This has not yet been confirmed and will depend on demand and health and safety considerations. Any decision will prioritise visitor safety and operational effectiveness.
Winter Pricing
Non-member pricing will remain unchanged. The current structure is designed to support year-round operation, including winter, while maintaining extended opening hours, consistent access, and ongoing improvements to facilities.
