How your session works
Book online
Choose your paddleboarding session online, including any private hire options if required.
Arrive and sign in
Make sure everyone taking part has completed their waiver before arriving at Whitmore Lakes.
Check in and head to the lake
On arrival, check in at reception, then make your way to the paddleboarding lake for your session.
Get on the water and enjoy
Safely place your board in the water, follow the site guidance and enjoy paddleboarding for your allocated time.

Rules and safety
- All paddleboarding sessions must be booked online in advance, with a completed waiver for every participant.
- All participants must check in at reception before heading to the paddleboarding lake.
- A suitable buoyancy aid or life jacket must be worn at all times while on or near the water.
- Children aged 8 and over may take part, with the correct adult supervision in place.
- Children aged 8 to 13 must be accompanied on the water by a responsible adult.
- Children aged 14 to 17 must be accompanied to site by a responsible adult who remains on site throughout the session.
- Boards must only enter and exit the water at the designated points.
- Participants must stay within the permitted paddleboarding area and follow all staff guidance.
- No jumping, diving, pushing, rough play or unsafe behaviour is permitted on or around the water.
- Please respect the lake, wildlife and other visitors so everyone can enjoy a calm, safe and welcoming experience.
