Morning Session
Guests are welcomed with a nourishing breakfast upon arrival, offering a moment to settle in and connect with the peaceful surroundings. The day begins with a warm welcome circle, where participants are invited to share and set intentions for their experience. This is followed by a heart-opening cacao ceremony and a deeply calming guided meditation, encouraging mindfulness and presence. A gentle yoga session then supports the body in easing into the day with soft, flowing movement. The morning concludes with a wholesome, homemade lunch, thoughtfully prepared to nourish and energize.
Afternoon Session
The afternoon session invites a slower pace, beginning with time to wander the beautiful grounds of Whitmore Estate—an opportunity to connect with nature, reflect, or simply enjoy the serenity of the landscape. As the afternoon unfolds, guests gather for a restorative sound bath, allowing the soothing vibrations to wash over and rebalance the nervous system. This is followed by a revitalising wild swim, complemented by the warmth of a nearby sauna—an invigorating contrast that awakens the senses and supports deep relaxation. The day comes to a gentle close as everyone returns for a heartfelt closing circle, bringing the experience full circle with gratitude and reflection.
